| The Virgin River winds its way through the narrows of Zion Canyon for many miles, making for a thoroughly enjoyable hike. There are a number of sections involving wading through chest deep water, and also a number of rocky river crossings as captured here. Afternoon light finds its way into the depths of the canyon, illuminating rich red walls behind a stand of young cottonwood trees across the river. |
